The gastronomy industry in Taipei is watching closely about the upcoming fine dining restaurant, which is operating by the Michelin 3-star chef Thomas Bühner and his local business invest partner. The restaurant, located at the new shopping mall Noke in Dazhi, is officially unveiling on Apr. 26, 2023. Taipei is getting more influence in the Asia gastronomy industry, and with business potentiality. 

Thomas and his local partner Genesisi-lavie is kicking off the project 2-year ago. With the fusion of two different food culture from the west and the east, La Vie by Thomas Bühner will bring a new level taste impact in the fine dining experience. The objective is to set foot in Taiwan with the global market in mind. To set up new milestone for the gastronomy industry in Taiwan.
